Beef Taquitos

We had Beef Taquitos tonight from Our Best Bites.  A couple of weeks ago we had chicken taquitos from Our Best Bites, and the beef ones were so much better.  I cooked my beef in the slow cooker with some garlic salt, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, coriander and the juice from half a lime.  I cooked it all day, since I had used a tough cut of meat, and then shredded it at the end.
I followed the recipe as stated on the website, only substituting a jalapeno for green chilis and the calories for each taquito were 145/taquito.
Owen gave the taquitos a 10, Aaron and I gave them a 9, and Noah gave them an 8.  We had some salad, some avocado, some tomatoes and some leftover chili rice to round out our dinner, and everyone really enjoyed dinner tonight.  These were easy and I will definitely make them again.

Tomorrow we're having clam chowder and cheddar muffins.
