I made
Apple Oat Cake tonight, and it is delicious. 281 calories/serving, and I give it a 9 for being seriously tasty while still healthy. I made it in an 8x8 pan, rather than the size called for, and it baked in 30 minutes. This was fast and a great cake to make when trying to be a little healthier. Tomorrow we're having the steak and pasta I talked about yesterday.
This cake sounds really good, sort of like my oatmeal cake or raw apple cake. I will try it. Love mom
