We had Raisin Bran Muffins today, and I love this recipe. We've had it before, and it's great that I can use up cereal, and have fresh hot muffins every morning without waiting for them, since I can refrigerate the batter and cook them in the microwave and they turn out great. Sorry the picture is blurry, I thought one had turned out and it didn't :(. We give them an 8 and 200 calories/muffin. I exchanged the 1/2 c oil for 1 T oil and 3 oz of plain yogurt. That helps keep the calories down.
Tomorrow we're having a fish recipe and some cheesecake bars.
