Shrimp Fraiche and Pan fried Spinach
Our dinner tonight was found here. I loved that it was so quick, from start to finish, less than 30 minutes total, and I like making my own creme fraiche. I added the pasta, and didn't use any wine or cognac, and I didn't use scallops, but otherwise just left it the same. The spinach was pan-fried spinach from the Pioneer Woman's new cookbook, and although it was good cooked spinach, I still didn't win Aaron over to eating it ;). The calories for the shrimp and pasta are 545/serving (2 oz of pasta) and the calories for the spinach was 39. Tomorrow we're trying 3 new recipes, fun!
