Take Home Chef's Prosciutto and Emmental Stuffed Chicken

Our dinner tonight was a take on this recipe.  I always use chicken tenders, so I didn't stuff the chicken, I just pan fried the chicken after breading it and then topping it with a little slice of bacon and a bit of Emmental cheese.  We love having broccoli this way, the same way as I made the cauliflower, boiled in well-salted water and then topped with a little butter.  We added some garlic to the butter as well.  The total calories for 4 oz of broccoli and 1 tender were 427.  We gave this overall a 9, we would've preferred a different cheese.  Even more expensive Swiss cheese still tastes like Swiss cheese ;).  Tomorrow we're having burgers and mozzarella sticks.
