We love lime chicken tacos! This is a fast, easy meal, with only about 100-150 calories per serving, depending on how big your serving is. I love that you can use frozen chicken breasts, and it turns out so well. This is great on any kind of Mexican dish, and we love to freeze extras and have it as a pick-up meal. We all give this an 8. Lime Chicken Tacos
3-5 large chicken breasts, frozen or thawed
2 T lime juice
2 T olive oil
2 T fajita seasoning (or use Mexican spices how you would like, which is what I usually do)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t pepper
2 T cumin
Place everything in a slow cooker. Cook on low until chicken is easily shreddable. Enjoy!
